The awful feeling of being stared and judged by everyone, even your loved ones concerns a lot of people all over the world, but still a lot of people who do not know how this feels like, do not take anxiety seriously. So, if you are someone like me who struggles with anxiety or simply feels bad or insecure in social situations, first be sure that you are beautiful and worth it. Everyone is. Your struggles are real and you and your opinions matter, do not let anyone tell you otherwise. I know it can be really hard sometimes, but try not to overthink everything too much.
When feeling really anxious, try calming yourself down by listening to the music you love, drawing or coloring-in, dancing or singing like nobody is watching, reading a book or just doing a random act of kindness to someone who might be struggling with anxiety or something else as well.
No matter what, always know that you are worth it, no one needs to be harmed and you are not alone!
